A quiet week—logging what happened.

Capstone

Still on the thesis—inch by inch; every small step surfaces a new issue… I might write a detailed post when it’s in better shape.

Gaps in basics sent me back to Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals; returning to the project, several spots suddenly made sense. You can’t hand‑wave—it only wastes more time. I learned that the hard way; glad the lesson stuck.

Palworld

On a friend’s recommendation I tried the viral game Palworld—really fun and addictive. Hunting huge Pal eggs, bug‑abusing tower bosses, co‑op—sixteen hours in two or three days. Because it was too time‑sucking I stopped. When not playing I’d still think about moving the base or catching strong Pals—realized that’s more hours, so quitting killed the anxiety.

Arch Linux

After some thought I wanted Linux again (rosy idea… we’ll see if bugs drive me off—they did last time…), so I reinstalled Arch—only started Sunday, so it’s lightly configured for now.

Plan: Word‑type tasks via TeamViewer on the lab Windows Server—tried a quick connect; not sure if long sessions will drop a lot (Ubuntu used to…).

This time I’ll actually read the docs.

Life

Wasted a bit too much time this week—already adjusting.
